This will be the new site for the Litchard Mission. It is currently under construction, but please check back soon for lots of exciting developments.
Litchard Mission Church is an Independant Evangelical Church located on the Litchard housing estate to the north of Bridgend in South Wales.
Having its first recorded meeting in November of 1938, Litchard Mission came into existence due to the conviction of Mr John Simon Davies that a place of worship needed to be established in the then developing Litchard area where no other group showed an interest in the land set aside by the developers for such use.
Today, Litchard Mission Church is a vibrant fellowship of believers standing firmly on the Word of God. The church is a member of the Fellowship of Independant Evangelical Churches (FIEC), with its cornerstone being the preaching of the Word.
Services are normally led by Pastor Malcolm Thomas, the ‘first among equals’ of a group of elders who seek to lead Litchard Mission Church forward in the path set out by the Lord Jesus.
John 14 v6 – “Jesus answered, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through me”.
